The provinces proposal here would be a disaster for cyclists and businesses along these corridors. It is evidence free and consists solely on placating drivers complaints- there is nothing that would alleviate Toronto's traffic woes, the destruction will only make things worse along with compromising cyclists safety (though for this administration, that's likely a feature, not a bug)
