-No information given on highway 413 or broadband project. These initiatives appear to be hiding under cycling lane legislation and is a disingenous approach.
-Removing cycling lanes would impact my family's safety and environmental quality of life.
-Legislation appears to be a poor expenditure of public funds, only benefitting a few.
-Legislation is contrary to scientific evidence worldwide about the benefits of cycling lanes.
-Legislation would lead to less active and more pollution producing transportation, which insures a worse environmental performance, and a more illness-prone population which will be more costly in terms of health care expenditure.
-Most world-class cities have succesfully adopted cycling lanes as a permanent solution. The current government appears to be acting in an idealogical manner and not base their decision with any kind of proof of concept.
-This legislation creates far more process for municipalities and is building in a bias against cycling in Ontario. This does not represent a common sense approach.
-Stop wasting our money and stay in your lane
