I am writing to state my vehement opposition to bill 212. Municipalities need to have to power to develop bike infrastructure as needed to support the safety and accessibility needs of their community.
Fast tracking highway lanes in favour of active transport and public transportation will fast track the decimation of our environment by putting more cars on the road, and increasing gridlock and carbon emissions.
