I’m vehemently opposed to the removal of bike lanes. I’m 28, and love Toronto.
As an avid biker, I greatly appreciate the safety bike lanes provide. It would be a waste of my tax dollars to make the city less safe, especially when I voted for a city councillor defending the use of bike lanes.
$48M can be used to reduce the wealth inequality, but this just enables those wealthy enough to own cars.
