Remove the bike lanes on…

Remove the bike lanes on Bloor.

A common sense approach to the installation of new bike lanes has to prevail. What was done on Bloor street is appalling. It doesn't serve the best interest of the population except a very very very small minority.

I love riding my bike. In fact, I've done several 1,000+ km trips in the past few years, I'm not opposed to bikes. I just think we can be a lot smarter on how we execute bike lanes across the city.

When I hear first responders saying that they are now struggling to get to emergencies, due to bike lanes on Bloor, that's a areal concern.

When I hear families cancelling kids programs before or after school due to the extra 30-45 minute commute cause by non-sensical bike lanes, that's a real concern.

So many more examples where society has broken down and government officials have let people down due to lack of common sense.
