these birds are a are destructive and destroying islands and fish stocks. they should have been controlled years ago. I am all for a season. hope this change happens quickly. you troll through an area in your boat and don't see any minnows and small fish. where just a few years ago these same areas were teaming with fish. there are times there are more birds in a bay fishing then you can count.
