Do not pass this bill into law, there are too many loops holes created that would allow the provincial government to infringe on land rights and bypass vital assessments. Vital assessments that would no longer be mandatory is environmental protection, land use and ownership. This is an egregious overstep of the premiers powers and must not be made law.
