Cycling is not only a more eco friendly method of transportation, but it’s also more accessible to individuals experiencing poverty, who may not be able to afford a car or bus fare. Offering a sustainable, alternative method of transportation is vital in reducing traffic, not creating more lanes for an even more car centric society.
