In regards to the proposed changes, I feel that it is unfair to party hunters who need to apply as a group to better their chances of getting a tag. Under this proposed change they will all be required to use their tags if they draw one. This will not allow them to hunt in the following years as they will not have the points to draw a tag. Therefore there will be less hunters in the bush not more as you are stating.
