I object to third party…

I object to third party advertising on Provincial highways.
Ontario is beautiful, and we need to protect that beauty. I am so proud to show my visiting family and friends around and to take them on scenic country drives to really appreciate the nature we have here.
There are already too many ads along some stretches of highway - first party advertising and gigantic signs for roadside businesses, or huge billboards on large country lots. These are ugly.
Billboards and roadside signs just distract drivers, take away from the beauty of our province, and often just advertise large chains.
LED or digital signs, and signs that are illuminated are even worse and should definitely be banned.
I support a full ban on 3rd party signs and billboards, including trailers, on Ontario's highways.
