Developers should not be trying to circumvent the standard planning process at the City. For developments of this size we need to ensure proper City approvals and met and that community consultation happens.
How is the Developer adding to the community? Will they be accountable for providing the neighborhood wotu green spaces and parks?
How is traffic being addressed
