This site was never a working landfill. That has already been proven. It receievd ash only! The previous owner has already created numerous environmental and health issues by not following the law. My property backs onto this site and there is no way they can operate without causeing air, water and ground pollution. It has also already been proven that the area surrounding this site hold endangered animals and waterlife. Using a potential of tarrifs threats to undermind what was already ordered is ridiculous.
The Government of Canadas own website shows the endangerment to the Sydenham River. How could you completely ignore this.
