Don't kill the cormoranents. Humans' answer to every problem is to destroy it. Find another humane, ethical solution to the problem. Hunting is NOT the answer and only upsets the natural balance of nature. This has been prooved time and time again. Look at Yellowstone and the reintroduction of the wolves. Wolves keep the elk and deer herds under control which allows plant life to thrive. When humans interfere in nature, nothing good comes of it. This planet is dying due to humans short-sightedness. Entire species are being hunted to extinction. You have the power to stop one aspect of this mass extinction. Use it wisely.
