This proposal is an egregious attack on Ontario wildlife and their habitats and should NOT be allowed to proceed. As I am certain many others will say, this is a significant step backwards for bird conservation in the province.

I care deeply about the future of at-risk birds and want to see the forests, wetlands, and grasslands they depend on protected for future generations.

The Ontario government must do better. We must continue to protect our endangered and at risk species as well as the natural spaces they require to survive. In an increasingly dark world, please do not make it darker by accepting and allowing this proposal to come to fruition. Please.
