This is insane. Have you people turned into psychopaths? These birds have just returned to a healthy population level after decades of conservation efforts. It has been shown that cormorants don't even eat the fish that the fishing/angling industry values. The enacting of this proposal has zero value for anyone other than jeopardize a native Ontario avian species, and allow some hunters to kill these birds for fun. It honestly makes me sick to think that you would even consider this.
