We all know what the real goal of this bills is. This is a blatant disregard of the land, the wildlife’s that are indefensible to a healthy ecosystem. There’s enough ugly condo buildings in Ontario, affordable housing doesn’t depend on building more unregulated and non rent controlled condos. Developers don’t need MORE unrestricted access to the land that hundreds and thousands of species need to survive.
