Beautiful turtles, frogs, fish, ducks in all the ponds on this site including the largest woodcock breeding site, this area should be considered wetland where Doug Ford plans to allow a dump in Dresden Ontario, they plan on using these ponds for leaching waste on the site, sites in Dresden area close to the river are prone to flooding which would flood into Mollys creek and then into the Sydenham river, there are aquifers that will be affected by the liquid waste draining into the soil, this must be stopped, First Nations in the area including the chief of Bkejwanong Territory have voiced their disapproval and have spoken that “this will be stopped!”
The site so close to town it does not meet municipal bylaws, the previous owner only used the site for wood waste disposal, like wood chips, all organic material and was even fined by the ministry of natural resources for burying roots.
Many wildlife at risk if you go through with this, we are required to protect the earth and animals in it and that requires acts like the endangered species act for the government to make responsible decisions. Please consider how these actions will affect rivers, streams, aquifers, all animals.
Please consider your actions in trying to push this dump through, you will be held accountable by the people.
