Having a 9 month hunting…

Having a 9 month hunting season with dead cormorants lying around everywhere is not a good solution for cottagers and residents, not to mention that sport hunting can be cruel to the birds where hunters just mame them and they are left to die a horribly painful death.
Please look for other ways to control the cormorant population. For example, put something in bait that prevents them from reproducing and/or have the government hire hunters to hunt in areas they congregate, then clean up the mess.
