I agree 100% that this is a good idea and a long time in coming. Little worried about how I can help reduce the population in Lake Ontario if I cant hunt off Toronto. Word has it you have to go out to the international border which makes no sense! Hopefully that can be addressed. As for disposal I need to know how, where, when, etc. It is about time this has finally received the attention it deserves and is really about common sense not politics.
