Dropping the word …

Dropping the word "endangered" is a significant change to the act. It allows for other definitions which will lead to interpretations that will be difficult to hold up.

I support the protection of endangered species and due diligence necessary to approve activities that are built into the current laws. I do not support allowing the government of Ontario to unilaterally make decisions that will impact the natural habitats in Ontario. I do not support "progress" and allowing us to build where natural spaces will be destroyed. There are other solutions to housing and population growth that involve building up, not out, and creating density where our infrastructure can support it.
