No single person should be able to pick and choose what they deem important environmental and species wise. We have experts on that for a reason, what ford is doing is nothing more than a power grab by an already corrupt power hungry government. Ford and his developer friends have been drooling over the green belt since the early 2000s it’s the ONLY PRIME FARMLAND in Ontario and they want to tear it a part for their own greed and personal interest. These will NOT be affordable housing they will be mega mansions and the 413 is an environmental catastrophe in the making as it crosses so many sensitive ecosystems and isn’t needed as we have the under used 407 we can buy back for a FRACTION of what ford wants to do. The 413 is fords baby that needs to be aborted and In a time where all these politicians claim climate change is important than why are we so eager to rip it up 🤷‍♀️
