Stop this bill!!! This is a process that is lengthy for the conservation of our earth, environment and delicate species. We cannot survive without the natural elements in harmony and passing this bill will allow for unthoughtful actions to happen prematurely. Hindsight is 20/20 but it won’t save the planet and our future!!!!
