Hi there,
First of all, this proposal angers me. I may be getting this wrong, but someone is planning to destroy land so we can have houses? If this is correct, it's a poor plan.
It seems like this proposal is really not a good one.
Not too mention you're moving creatures from their home base which could endanger their lives.
And another note, people are people. What's going to stop someone from harming the animals once they're given permission? You need something more solid than the law.
