Why are you no longer requiring employers to publicly display the ESA poster? As a youth, in my first years of employment at a fast food restaurant, the ONLY reason I became aware of my rights as an employee was because I happened to see the ESA poster in the break room. I didn't even know I HAD rights, and unless I saw the poster, I wouldn't have known what they were. It's extremely important to publicly display the employee's rights, because many of us, especially younger people and immigrants may be completely unaware of them and could thus be taken advantage of by their employers. Making workers more susceptible to abuse is NOT business friendly in any way, shape or form. All it is is opening the door to exploitation.
