I oppose this proposal. It lacks solid evidence to suggest the bag limit is sustainable. Given that monitoring cannot be guaranteed to be completely accurate a high bag limit such as the proposed could be dangerous to populations, lest we set another bad example for the rest of the world and contribute in even a small way to allowing history to repeat itself for entire species (e.g. passenger pigeon, great auk)
