The environmental assessment should not be and can’t be skipped, especially for this project.

The whole premise around how this Ontario place project came to be is very questionable in terms of intent and under the false guise of helping Ontario.
There is no need to expedite this process given how terrible the original plan was, and skipping the process would only allow the government to get away with even more acts that will not benefit the vast majority of the Ontario people.
