Please do not allow this proposal to pass. Leave the birds ...cormorants alone. They ate a stunning species and as soon as you let them be gamebirds they will be aggressively hunted. It should not be our right to make such decisions. So many animals struggle already due to habitat destruction, toxins and pollution. Please let them be.
