There is a reason these processes are complex and take long. It's to ensure developers aren't bulldozing endangered plants and animals in specific areas. If these processes were not complex, I'm sure the Ford government would already have development plans for every protected area because its very clear he does not care about anything except lining his pockets with money. The houses being built right now aren't even affordable anyway, so how about you fix that problem instead of building more unaffordable homes on land that shouldn't be developed.
