One of the things which makes Canada so amazing is our willingness to protect wildlife and natural spaces for the benefit of all. Threatening endangered species is disgraceful to the years Canada has spent to protect endangered wildlife. Every unique species has been forged by millions of years of evolutions and it is an immense tragedy that we continue to lose them. The exquisite variety of lifeforms in this country have so much to offer us and yet Ford believes that resource extraction should be prioritized above all else. The truth is that we do not need to compromise to economy to save species at risk, both of these can be accommodated, but Ford is doing something very reckless and unnecessary. I implore our elected officials to reject this bill because environmental protections are already insufficient to stem the crisis we are facing.
