How does this plan protect…

How does this plan protect environmentally sensitive lands - I feel that this focuses on development but does not address sustainable development. We should not allow development to occur at the cost of our greenspaces and environmentally sensitive areas. Its easy to look at dollars into an area and number of jobs created, but difficult to assign value to natural spaces and the future loss of those spaces - these non-quantifiable costs must not be overlooked or down played.
