These birds have depleted the baitfish population on Lake Huron to the point that thatbin turn deleted the chinook salmon numbers. Your lucky to catch a chinook now where 15 years ago they were plentiful. These birds serve no meaningful purpose and there are way too many. They need to be culled and the vast numbers lessened.
