It’s a key, important “right” of control that must be in the hands of local municipalities. Only local authorities know the true impact such decisions will have on their own communities. Many peoples’ lives could have been spared much grief if only corporations hadn’t trod on their lives with no concern for impact on humans, wildlife and the environment. So unfair. Now is the time to rectify the policies that took away local authority. What kind of a government trods on the people? We do not live under a dictatorship. I support new laws that return control to local authorities.
