This is a really worrying move. While I understand the need for additional housing - and I’m skeptical at how affordable it will be if it’s the usual developers selling to the usual clients - it matters that Ontario is a place with good access to nature. Please don’t turn it into a concrete wasteland where residents don’t have access to natural space.
