Hello,
I do not support the proposed legislation changes to the Endangered Species Act, including Bill 5. Allowing projects to fast-track and build on land without consulting First Nations or being required to follow provincial and local laws could do irreparable damage to the environment and populations of endangered species. For construction projects we need to be mindful of the areas being repurposed and pratice due diligence and these changes eliminate this.
