This proposal seems incredibly ecological irresponsible and inhumane. Showing little regard for sustainable hunting practices or the wellbeing of native born animals on the brink of endangerment and extinction demonstrates a fundamental lack of coherence from this proposal, and a strong desire to appeal to the most incompetent and loud in our society as opposed to the most rational. I hope the government chooses not to harm these beautiful birds.
