Mr Ford, your decision to create special economic zones is wrong. There are reasons to promote growth but not at the expense of endangered species and nature habitats. There is another way to build and promote growth.
The 401 tunnel is misguided as well. That billions you have suggested will no doubt be double and could be put to much better uses. Public transportation, better train lines, would be the right was to discourage automobile traffic.
Your decision to grant a 99yr lease to Therme was also quite misguided and possible unethical.
Trying to bypass hearings and discussion on growth and development likely is unethical.
If you really represent the good people of Ontario, let us speak. You and your government should listen and not plow ahead with special economic zones.
