I am against this bill. This bill is an a disgrace and an embarrassment by the current Ontario Govt. Bill 5 does not support the economic growth of Ontario and instead bulldozes the ethics and values of Ontarians. Species at risk and natural areas in Ontario are a sacred part of our province, it’s beautiful and appeal. To pass this bill would be a travesty and an embarrassment.
More and more Ontarians are awakening to the important of our natural environments that make Ontario unique. Ontario is not for sale to the highest urban development. Please do not put Ontarios nature up for sale for the sake of short term gain. Long term progress comes when we conserve and protect the natural environment and heritage of our province.
