Cormorants are a real problem in our area (Orillia). Yes please. This is a very good proposal to control their population. I am a resident and boater and can see them even taking over now other areas other than what they have been claiming for the past years. Please make this happen so we can all enjoy those surroundings a bit more again. Thank you!!!
