To clarify, what does "verification" entail or what is expected? i.e. staff to verify equipment is in good order prior to each use or how staff will verify the equipment has been calibrated?
Element 20 e) proposal comment:
what is the expectation for how "updates to assumptions" will be communicated to Top Management, if assumptions for the hazardous event, hazard, controls, monitoring measures, etc. are throughout the RA outcomes table? There could be a lot of change to assumptions. Do they need to be all itemized or is it sufficient to review the updated RA table with Top Management?
