HW Comment: Concern to include all external suppliers as all of them are not "essential". What is the scope of external suppliers beyond the essential service providers as identified in Element 13?

HW Comment: Element 16 d) refers to an exception report. We suggest a definition of an exception be added to the Terms and Definitions section.

i) Clarity is needed for Plan c) I. as to how it differs from the internal audit process as the Internal Audit Process identified the necessary preventative actions to determine conformance.
