In the Technical Guideline: Cleaner Transportation Fuels 2024 Version 3.0, under 5. Part C: Quality Standards for Fuels, 5.1 Quality standards for blended diesel there are a number of specifications listed.
The first four specifications listed are National Standards of Canada that are published by the Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) which is part of the Federal Government. These National Standards are available for free from the Federal Government. These National Standards were developed by a balanced committee in a consensus process in Canada for use in Canada. The CGSB Standards were developed for use in Canada and so address issues such as the climatic conditions throughout Ontario.

The last three specifications listed are from ASTM and are specifications that were developed for use in the US:
5. American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) document ASTM – D6751-12 – Standard Specification for Biodiesel Fuel Blend Stock B100 for Middle Distillate Fuels, as amended from time to time.
6. American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) document ASTM – D7467-13 – Standard Specification for Diesel Fuel Oil, Biodiesel Blend (B6 to B20), as amended from time to time.
7. American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) document ASTM – D975-14 – Standard Specification for Diesel Fuel Oils, as amended from time to time.
Note that ASTM charges for their publications.

As you are promoting the use of domestic (Canadian) bio-based fuels it would be appropriate to use only specifications that were developed for use in Canada and delete the three ASTM specifications that were developed for the US.
