Cart based system for the Niagara Region. The open bins are causing lots of litter on the collection days. It's really frustrating to see good recyclables flying around ending up in the garbage. Please do cart based system in the Niagara region.
Bring DRS like Quebec and BC. People want to recycle however, the regulation and infrastructure is not supportive.
