I'm opposed to this Permit…

I'm opposed to this Permit to take water. I understand that this is an amendment to the company's license so they are not required to notify the property owners who will be impacted but it's a very underhanded way to do business. There needs to be a proper study done to see how this water taking will affect the environment and the people living in the area and the permit should not be granted until such time as those studies are completed and the water taking found not to be harmful. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my concerns.
