I do not support any delay in enforcing producers' recycling targets. Our environment must take precedence over producers' reluctance to take responsibility for the impacts of their packaging.

Permitting incineration as part of producers' recycling programs is a fundamental distortion of what recycling means.

Incineration has toxic health effects and should not be permitted in the province of Ontario.

I do not support any level of incineration.
