Hamilton has waited too long…

Hamilton has waited too long long for the development of Jamesville,
The injunction that was submitted by CP is bogus.Recently in the Hamilton Spectator a citizen spoke of growing up in the north east end of the city where noise was simply another aspect of living in an area that also housed major industry such as steel companies.However the noise was simply a result of living in the area.It did not deter individuals from buying or selling homes in the area.
For a decade CP has held up the development of Jamesville while at the same time the number of individuals requiring affordable housing in the city has skyrocketed,
I am Liberal and in the past have objected to decisions made by the Ford government.
However in this case, the province must follow through and make sure that Jamesville goes ahead as planned,
Perhaps the individuals charged with making the decision to override CP's objections should visit the site and take note of how far away the shunting yards are from the long awaited development.My guess is they would see that those objections do not hold water.
