Please allow the city of…

Please allow the city of Hamilton to build the proposed development on this site. I live a block away and this abandoned site has been sitting vacant for years now. It looks horrible, attracts crime in the area (drug use etc.) and most importantly, we need affordable housing, which this site could include. CN is a terrible corporate neighbour and the baseless concerns that have kept this site derelict for years are ridiculous. We feel CN is acting in bad faith in not allowing the city to move forward, and it's horrible that a business can hold a city and this neighbourhood hostage. Again, please allow the city to proceed with their development plans so people can actually live on this site.
