This needs to be made into low income housing again, not apartment buildings where bugs spread rampant, not more condos people can’t afford, an affordable housing survey. As costs continue to soar more and more Hamilton residents are falling into poverty and housing is needed. Pairjng that with the sheer amount of poorly maintained housing falling into disrepair this needs to be repaired and reopened for rentals asap
