As a long time resident of the North End it has been disappointing to see this community not make use of this land and see the dwelling fall further into disrepair while people are suffering unhoused. Any development on this site should be as close to 100% community housing as possible. Hamilton is an unaffordable city and adding units without rent protection or affordability is going to result in more people being unhoused.
