I am concerned about filling…

I am concerned about filling in a lake that is home to wildlife! I am also concerned about the amount of dump trucks coming to this site will negatively impact the environment further, as well as safety in our community. How can the fill being brought to this site be 100% clean? I know there is testing done to the soil, but there is no way each and every square inch of a truck is tested. I’ve had these tests done on soil on my property for full leaving my site and they just need a bucket. Is it worth the risk of contaminating our water supply?
