I live in the area and I grew up on James street, I knew many families who lived in the Jamesville community. With the housing crisis the way that it is, it would be a shame to leave these foundations not in use when they could be supporting single family households. Ideally if possible, it would be nice for Jamesville to be restored and made a priory to single family households with smaller incomes. If the concern is with noise complaints - I feel like that is less "intrusive" then large amounts of tents and homelessness in the area.
